Why? Applicators can cause scraping or discomfort when tissues are dry or fragile. Your finger is gentler, safer, and just as effective for insertion—especially when starting out.
When can you use an applicator? Once dryness improves and tissues become more supple, you may transition to an applicator if you prefer deeper delivery.

How to Use
Preparation:

Refrigerate soft suppositories before use for easier handling

Empty bowels and bladder for comfort

Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water
- Remove suppository wrapper

Moisten the tip with a few drops of cold water
Insertion:

Load the applicator: Place the flat end of the suppository into the applicator opening

Lubricate: Apply vaginal moisturizer, cream, or lubricant to both the applicator tip AND your vaginal opening

Position yourself: Lie on your back with knees raised

Insert gently: Slide the applicator into your vagina as far as comfortably possible

Release: Press the plunger gently to deposit the suppository

Relax: Remain lying down for 15 minutes to allow the suppository to dissolve and absorb
After Use:
Rinse thoroughly with warm water after each use and air dry.
💡 Pro Tip
Lubrication is key. Using a vaginal moisturizer or lubricant makes insertion significantly more comfortable and reduces friction, especially when starting out.
