This miswak stick is sourced from the Arak tree (Salvadora persica) in Pakistan. Miswak has been used as a traditional oral care tool for over 1,400 years.

How to Use:

1. Peel or cut approximately ½ inch from one end of the stick
2. Chew the exposed end gently until fibers separate into brush-like bristles (note: miswak has a naturally sharp, peppery taste)
3. Use the natural bristles to brush teeth in circular motions
4. Rinse the stick and allow to air dry after each use
5. Trim the used end every few days to expose fresh fibers
