The "Pop-Bottle" Method (Best for capsules)
Fill a water bottle halfway. Place the capsule on your tongue, seal your lips around the bottle opening, and sip while tilting your head back slightly. The suction helps it glide down smoothly.
The "Lean-Forward" Method (Best for tablets)
Place the pill on your tongue, take a sip of water (don't swallow yet), tilt your chin toward your chest, then swallow. This positions the pill at the back of your throat for easier swallowing.
Coating the Pill
Try swallowing it with a spoonful of applesauce, yogurt, or pudding. You can also lightly coat it with olive oil or butter, or use specialized pill-swallowing gels.
Open the Capsule
Can't swallow it at all? No problem. Open the capsule and mix the powder into a small amount of water or coffee. The D-mannose and cranberry blend has a mildly sweet cranberry flavor.
